'A taste of France' three courses with wine flight

Join me at Hotel Du Vin in Cheltenham for a wonderful evening of Food and wine with a French twist. Hotel Du Vin is renowned for its excellent French cuisine and I will be carefully selected the wines for each of the three courses. We will start the evening with an aperitif and an intrudction into food and wine pairing principles. We will then indulge in a beautiful three course meal with a wine for each course. I will provide my reasoning for my choices for each course and there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss each choice as the eveining progresses. Hotel Du Vin change their menu with the seasons, as soon as the menu is released, it will be made avaiable to those who have booked their place.
