Almaviva

Born in 1997 from a partnership between Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and Viña Concha y Toro, Almaviva brings together French winemaking tradition and the distinctive terroir of Chile’s Maipo Valley. Based in Puente Alto, at the foothills of the Andes, the estate benefits from ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon - the backbone of this Bordeaux-style blend. Almaviva was Chile's first wine created under the château concept, made from dedicated vineyards and crafted with a focus on balance, complexity and elegance. We’re delighted to welcome Michel Friou, Almaviva’s winemaker for more than 20 years, who will guide guests through a tasting featuring a selection of back vintages, showcasing the beautiful evolution of the wines over time.
