About this event
Ancient clay, wild skins, zero chill: four wines made the way winemakers have been doing it for 8,000 years, no kitchen required. Before oak barrels and stainless steel, winemakers buried clay vessels in the ground and let nature do the rest, and honestly, they were onto something; join us for a night of skin-contact whites, funky ambers, and bold, earthy reds, all served with zero jargon and zero judgement. What to expect: four wines, all fermented and aged the old-school way, in clay, in the dirt, in defiance of trends; at least one orange wine that looks like a sunset and tastes like nothing you've had before; a red or two with the kind of earthy, brooding intensity that makes you reconsider your "I don't like natural wine" stance; zero pretension, maximum chat, we'll talk you through what makes amphora wine weird, wonderful, and worth your glass!
