Campania Wine & Dinner Experience at CRAMPi

Experience a selection of top quality wines and typical dishes from Campania, hosted by Gianluca Austin-Rizzo. Join the CRAMPi team for an evening of bold reds from Aglianico and aromatic whites from Fiano, Greco, and Falanghina, shaped by volcanic soils and Mediterranean terroir. The evening includes generous glasses of up to six wines with guided tasting, a bespoke six course tasting menu, and informal discussion about the wines, producers, and winemaking process. All in a relaxed, intimate setting with limited numbers. Gianluca, known as 'Rizzo', brings deep roots in Italian wine, having grown up among vineyards in Puglia and worked in top restaurants before specialising in Italian wines as an ambassador for Eurowines.
