Here is what you'll experience at this fun evening wine and canapé pairing: Sea kit: Deliciously light, Scandi-style fishy delight, featuring natural Sussex oak smoked salmon (no antibiotics, growth hormones or synthetic pigmentation), beetroot relish and seaweed & dill seed thins. Forest kit : Forest flavours that reflect where Sussex deer roam. Forest mushroom thins, sage & roasted almond pesto and our award-winning venison bresaola. Field kit : Reinvents the Italian way to eat beef bresaola in a bite-sized flavour bomb, with parmesan and nigella seed thins, wild rocket pesto and our award-winning beef bresaola. We will pair 1 red and 1 white wine with each Sussex Gourmand canapé selection (a total of 6 wines). The wines will be chosen with festive parties in mind.
