About this event
You will explore a range of delicious cheeses, local and international, and matching them with some classic wines from around the globe. We shall also talk about food and wine matching more generally, and you'll pick up some really good tips to take away and practice at home.
On the evening you will try at least six different cheese and wine combinations, to include for example;
· Goats cheese and Sauvignon Blanc
· Camembert with New World Pinot Noir
· Washed rind cheese with Pinot Gris
· Farmhouse Cheddar with Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
· Blue cheese with dessert wine
