Cheese, Charcuterie and Wine Pairing Evening

We will taste a range of different cured meats and cheeses, pairing them along the way with wines from Europe and further afield, all of which you can find in your local suppliers. We'll also dig a little deeper into food and wine pairing in general and give you some really good tips to try out at home.

The combinations will vary from one event to another but you can expect hard and soft cheeses, salami, cured ham; many from local Surrey producers. As for the wines there'll be red wine, white wine, sparkling wine and maybe even fortified wine, all of which will highlight why there is great enjoyment to be had pairing these together.

This 2 hour tasting is perfect for foodies and is great value at just £50 per person.
