Cheshire Wine & Cheese Tasting with Vines of Cheshire

A relaxed evening of Cheshire wine and cheese, with a guided tasting and pairings from our local vineyard Vines of Cheshire. Spend an evening at Chapters sampling some of Cheshire's most delicious produce. We’ll be joined by Vines of Cheshire, a family-run vineyard just outside Chester in Backford, for a relaxed evening of wine tasting and local cheese pairings. Hear from the lovely owners about the story behind Chester's very own vineyard - from finding the perfect plot to hand-planting thousands of vines. And, of course, we’ll be tasting as we go. You’ll be guided through a selection of wines, including Vines of Cheshire’s crisp Solaris white, vibrant dry Rosé and traditional-method Sparkling Brut, accompanied by a Cheshire cheese chosen to complement it. This isn’t a formal wine class and absolutely no wine knowledge is required - just come curious and ready to discover a little more about what’s being grown and made on our doorstep.
