Christmas Cheese and Wine Tasting

What’s the most classic pairing there is? We’d argue it’s cheese meeting the right wine. Over the course of the evening, we’ll explore a range of cheeses — from soft and creamy, to firm and crystalline, to rich and blue. Sourcing the cheese from local cheesemonger, we’ll dig into what makes a great match and experiment with some less obvious combinations, hoping to uncover a new perfect pair.
