Join us for a fun-filled evening of sparkling wine tasting that's the perfect fit for Christmas! We’ll blind taste six superb ‘bubbles’ from around the world as we discover what goes on in their production and ageing process, what exactly makes them all taste so great, but so different, and – most importantly – discover which style you prefer! This sparkling wine evening wil help put your taste buds to the test and get you in the festive spirit! We will explore 6 different types of sparkling wine all served BLIND. We'll select six superb wines ahead of the event, but here's a snap shot of what we have tasted in the past: - English sparkling wine - Franciacorta - Champagne - Cremant - Cava - Rioja's Vinos Espumosos de Calidad - New World sparkling wines from Napa, South Africa, New Zealand, Tasmania & Argentina. Your evening will include: tasting samples of six carefully selected wines, full wine notes & handouts, 2 hour interactive presentation, with Q & A, led by our wine tutor.
