Cinco Jotas at The Swan Inn

Join us at The Swan Inn on 30th September for a very special evening celebrating Cinco Jotas (5J), one of Spain's most celebrated names in 100% Ibérico, acorn-fed jamón, paired course by course with a selection of sherries and wines specially chosen by the José Pizarro team to pair perfectly with the menu. José opens the evening with an introduction to Cinco Jotas and the craft behind the jamón and menu, before handing over to Raul, 5J's carver, who'll carve table-side throughout the night. Alongside him, Lea from Cinco Jotas shares the story behind the products and what makes them so distinctive. Every course is matched with its own sherry, poured and explained by our team. A conversation between food and glass that runs from first bite to last. To finish, dessert is paired with Pedro Ximénez, a deliciously sweet sherry to top off the evening. What to expect: Table-side carving of a whole 5J jamón, guided pairing including Garnacha, Verdejo, Rioja and sherries, insight into Cinco Jotas' craft and traditions, straight from the source, and a sweet pairing to close the night with Pedro Ximénez. More than a dinner, this will be a chance to discover what makes Spain's finest jamón so special, and how the right sherry can transform every bite.
