A relaxed evening of cooking, conversation and good food at Môr. On December 8th, Bohémien returns for a Christmas-themed Cooking with Bohémien evening, featuring a live three-course Christmas dinner demonstration. Watch dishes made from scratch, learn chef tips for home cooking, and enjoy each course as it is prepared. The menu includes smoked salmon with celeriac and apple rémoulade, stuffed turkey ballotine with sausage stuffing and sprouts, and fried Christmas pudding with vanilla crème mousseline and clementines. The chef will talk through techniques, ingredients and decisions behind each dish, with opportunity for questions and conversation. Festive wine pairings will be suggested by the team at Môr. Recipe cards for all dishes are included. This is not a hands-on cooking class; it is a demonstration and dining experience focused on understanding and learning. The setting is intimate, with a small group, at the wine bar and events venue Môr in Barry.
