Join us for a relaxed evening celebrating sustainably sourced seafood, exceptional English wine and cooking over fire. Enjoy a succession of seasonal small plates, many cooked over the flames, each paired with an outstanding English wine. The menu has been thoughtfully created to showcase the incredible quality of responsibly sourced British seafood alongside some of the country’s finest wines. Hosting the evening is Tim Killen (WSET Level 3), a true champion of English wine and a gifted storyteller. Having worked closely with many of England’s leading vineyards and producers, Tim has personally selected each wine and paired it with the menu. As the evening unfolds, he’ll share the stories behind the wines, the producers and the pairings in an engaging, down-to-earth way, making it as much about discovery as it is about eating and drinking well. There’ll be no lectures or intimidating tasting notes, just great food, great wine and good company around the table. And if you discover a new favourite, the featured wines will be available to purchase on the night at a special event price.
