Festive Supper Club - 4th, 11th, 18th December

A festive evening of delicious food, fine wine and live music. There will be crackers on the tables and festive decor in the restaurant. £80 per person including a welcome glass on arrival. Menu: Aperitif Cremant de Bourgogne. To start: Mixed grain, chestnut and Iford Cider 24 hour fermented sourdough with house-made butter. First course: Turkey, smoked ham hock & Creedy Carver duck terrine with cranberry chutney and potato bread. Second course: Pan-fried Cornish scallops with Winter slaw, caviar veloute and lobster glaze. Main course: Wood-roasted Iford Estate venison loin and faggot with truffle celeriac puree, roasted Winter squash and beetroot with sage & onion jus. Dessert: Dark rum & Christmas pudding parfait with roasted toffee apple, boozy dates. To finish: Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade chocolates. A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged). Supper club timings: 18:45 - arrive and be greeted with a welcome drink; 19:30 - food served; 22:00/15 - finish.
