French Food and Wine Tasting

Join us for an evening of regional French foods and wines. We'll be matching a series of delicious taster plates with six different wines from France's classic grape growing regions. Each match is designed to show how well specific regional wines go with food from the same region, and bring out the best in each. Our tasting platters frequently include, but are not limited to, the following: Regional cheeses, Regional hams, Marinated Olives, Speciality dishes, Dessert. We select the food & wine pairings depending upon what is in season and available so we may alter our pairings, depending on seasonality. This tutored tasting will feature six wines, six tasting platters, a 2 hour presentation with lots of time for Q & A, led by our wine tutor. Tutor: Victoria Aldwinckle
