In the Garden - Sommelier hosted seasonal supper with paired wine tasting (Autumn)

A seasonal supper paired with wines. Using seasonal ingredients, join award-winning sommelier Jade Koch as she prepares supper and serve you wines around shared tables in the glorious gardens of Bell house (or overlooking them if the weather is not kind). Come, be seated and feel welcome by a brilliant host. Stand in the kitchen or be served. Be quizzical or just soak up the garden in the twilight of an autumn day. A happy evening of carefully considered seasonal bounty for your complete enjoyment. The session will be led by Jade Koch who is a local Sommelier, buyer, cook, wine competition judge and educator. She has worked for several restaurants including Ransome’s Dock, Tate, St. John, and Trullo. She has always had a passion for sharing knowledge and food and wine pairing with an eye on the seasons is of particular interest.
