About this event
Over 3 weeks, get to grips with how wine is made, the most important wine producing countries and regions, and the world's most important grape varieties. Whether you're looking for a new favourite in the wine aisle or to navigate a restaurant wine list with confidence, this course is for you! By tasting and comparing at least 6 wines each evening in a fun, friendly and relaxed setting, by the end of the course you will be able to: understand how wine is made, taste wine like a professional, identify and describe wine aromas and flavours, recognise the world’s most important wine regions and grapes, appreciate different styles of wine, read and understand a wine label, make better food and wine pairings, and so much more! We'll tell you all you need to know to start discovering red, white, rosé and sparkling wines.
