On 15 August 2021, I opened the doors of Kenrick's Wine Merchant & Wine Bar and began a journey that has been more rewarding than I could ever have imagined. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people. Some have moved on, some have become close friends, and many have become part of the Kenrick's community. Together, we've shared countless bottles, conversations and memorable evenings. Over the years, you've also helped shape Kenrick's into what it is today. From the wines on our shelves to our wine tastings, supper clubs and even our pétanque club, the shop has grown through your many ideas, enthusiasm and support. To celebrate this special milestone, I'd love to share 12 wines that have meant something to me over the past five years. Some have become customer favourites, others are hidden gems, but every bottle has a story and a special place in the journey of Kenrick's. Join me for an evening of great wine, live piano music, artisan cheeses served with freshly baked bread from our friends at Chanteroy, and, above all, wonderful company as we celebrate the first five years of Kenrick's.
