About this event

Join us in our private dining room for an evening of seasonal food paired with wine from Michele Chiarlo, a family-run winery in Piedmont. Executive Chef Callum Graham has created a four-course menu inspired by the season and produce from Daylesford’s market garden. Each course will be served in The Chicken Shed alongside a carefully chosen Michele Chiarlo wine, bringing together the flavours of the kitchen with the character of the region’s vineyards. Throughout the evening, our Sommelier Yordan will be joined by Simone Colasuonno from the Michele Chiarlo estate to guide guests through the wines and share insights into the family’s approach to winemaking, their vineyards across Piedmont, and the traditions that shape each bottle.
