Mid-Autumn Chinese Wine & Mooncake Tasting

An intimate evening of Chinese wines and mooncakes under the harvest moon, hosted by Janet Z Wang, Krystal Shu and Zhu Lin. Mid-Autumn is the night China looks up. Families gather, mooncakes are cut into slivers and shared, and stories are told under the fullest moon of the year. Join us at ZL Studio in Dalston for an intimate evening of six Chinese wines, poured and unpacked by three people who know them well. Expect jasmine-tea sparkling, skin-contact orange from Ningxia, a huangjiu-yeast Chardonnay, and reds from the foothills of the Helan Mountains, alongside mooncakes and Chinese traditional snacks to share. We have a private roof terrace. Weather permitting, we'll admire the full moon together. The tasting lineup includes Tingyun Winery Jasmine tea fermented sparkling wine, Silver Heights Lake Moon orange wine, Xige Estate Jade Dove Rosé, Tingyun Winery Huangjiu-Yeast fermented Chardonnay, Xige Estate Jade Dove red wine, and Fei Tswei Joyous red wine.
