Join us for a unique evening with top Spanish Chef Ana Villegas-Méndez at The Cheese Yard, Poynton. We are delighted to host a truly unique gastronomic event and are privileged to have Ana for a second time bringing us the real cuisine of Spain. Ana takes the detail and flavours of her dishes to the next level. She pours a long tradition and the true heart and passion of an Andalusian. From the first mouthful, you know this is the real deal! For a taste of Andalusia, Ana will be treating us to Ana's Signature Andalusian Granada Casserole and pairing it with the locally sourced, Andalusian wine Prado Negro, from a well known regional boutique vineyard. Our night will take place at the lovely setting of The Cheese Yard in Poynton. You will learn about the dish, ingredients and wines and we will be bringing raffles and games to make it a truly fun experience!
