Orange Wine and Cheese Pairing Evening

Modern wine lists aren't complete without an orange wine or two (or more), but this is a wine style which isn't just a novelty! Made by keeping white grapes in contact with their skins during fermentation (hence their other name of 'skin contact wines') these are wines which demonstrate bigger, bolder flavours than we would normally associate with white wines.

On this evening we'll explore the long history and exciting present of orange wines, and discover how those big flavours make revelatory pairings with cheese. As usual, our cheeses will be from the best artisan producers, and our wines will take you beyond the novelty to discover the best that orange wine has to offer!
