Join Lish Steiling and Abbey Cook (The Taste Curators) for an immersive tasting exploring the intersections of flavour, colour, and fashion. The Taste Curators are a Brooklyn-based wife duo who inspire joy through the connections between food and design. Lish is an Emmy and James Beard award winning culinary producer whose career began in restaurants before she became a food stylist and recipe developer for Food Network, The New York Times, and Gourmet magazine. Abbey is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, celebrated for her sharp visual eye and cultural storytelling. She serves as the US trend editor for Trend Bible and a design contributor for TABLE Magazine. Inspired by their cookbook series, Palate Palette, which merges the flavour palates of food with the colour palettes of design, guests at this event will indulge in bites and cocktails developed to taste precisely like certain colours.
