Paul Jaboulet Wine Dinner

Join us for a special evening, hosted by acclaimed winemaker Caroline Frey of Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné in our private dining room. Using produce from Daylesford’s market garden and the surrounding countryside, Executive Chef Callum Graham has created a four-course menu that reflects the season. Each dish will be paired with wines from the Jaboulet cellars, selected to complement and enhance the ingredients on the plate. During the evening, our Sommelier Yordan will be joined by Caroline Frey to introduce the wines and discuss the vineyards, landscapes and regenerative farming practices that shape them. Together, they will offer an insight into one of the Rhône Valley’s longstanding wine estates and the stories behind each bottle. An evening of seasonal cooking, carefully chosen wines and good conversation around the table.
