PICK YOUR BOTTLES: Dan Keeling in Conversation with John Niven

Acclaimed wine writer Dan Keeling joins novelist John Niven at Foyles to discuss his new book, Pick Your Bottles: 100 Wines to Change the Way You Drink, and taste some of the wines featured in its pages. The book is a guide to discovering great wines from lesser-known growers, with each bottle priced mostly under £50 and paired with food and a story about the people and places behind it. The event includes a tasting of wines from the book, followed by an audience Q&A and book signing. Dan Keeling is co-founder of Noble Rot magazine and co-owner of its London restaurants, and has written for FT Weekend and El País. John Niven is a novelist and screenwriter, and Noble Rot's resident agony uncle. The conversation will cover wine discovery and stories from their time in the music industry.
