Pol Roger 2019 Vintage Release Dinner, Thursday 17th September 2026

Join us for an exceptional evening celebrating one of Champagne's most revered family-owned houses, as we mark the release of the highly anticipated 2019 Pol Roger vintage. Founded in 1849, Pol Roger has long been synonymous with precision and elegance. From its historic cellars beneath Épernay to its enduring association with historic Berry Bros. & Rudd customer Sir Winston Churchill, the house has built a reputation for producing Champagnes of extraordinary finesse. This special dinner offers a rare opportunity to explore Pol Roger’s signature style across multiple cuvées and stages of maturity. The evening will commence with a glass of Pol Roger Brut Réserve, before progressing to the chalk-driven purity of the 2016 Blanc de Blancs. At the heart of the tasting lies the newly released 2019 vintage, explored alongside the stunning 2009. This will be followed by the prestige cuvée, 2015 Sir Winston Churchill, before concluding with the fully mature 1989 Cuvée de Réserve Vinothèque served from jeroboam. Our Executive Chef will present a carefully curated four-course menu designed to complement each Champagne, while James Simpson MW, Managing Director at Pol Roger Agencies, will share the history and philosophy of this most admired Champagne House.
