Scottish Cheese & Wine Pairing

Scotland is home to world-class cheese producers with every corner of the country represented, including beautiful Aberdeenshire. Join us as we celebrate Scottish cheese and pair them along a selection of delicious wines from across the globe. You'll learn some general tips and tricks about wine tasting and food and wine matching over the course of a two hour session. We'll try at least six different cheese and wine combinations which will vary from course to course, but may include any of the following: Clava Brie and Riesling, Auld Lochnagar and Cabernet Sauvignon, Hebridean Blue and sweet wine, Minger and Gewürztraminer. This tasting is a must for any foodie in your life!
