Sparkling wine in Spain is generally dominated by Cava. A DO with a mixed reputation, dominated by large companies such as Freixenet.
Of course we will be tasting a Cava or two. Alongside other Spanish sparklers such as; Corpinnat, Pet Nats, Clàssic Penedès and the brand new Espumoso de Calidad de Rioja.
