Proudly announcing our Steak and Red Wine Night! A renowned Malmaison steak paired with six luscious red wines, all enjoyed in the exclusive private dining room, the opulent Amber Lounge. Round off your meal with a delicious cheese platter.
Taste a mouthwatering, tender and juicy 220 gram flat iron steak. A 28 dry aged marinated full face steak made to perfection on their josper grill and served with confit tomato, salad and pommes frites.
Dry ageing takes longer but results in a far more flavoursome cut. It melts in the mouth!
