Stevenage Members Dinner - A look back at 2016

Join us as we take a look at a selection of wines ten years on in the comfort of the Members Room, accompanied by a delicious four course dinner. We will begin with an aperitif in the comfort of the Members’ Room, followed by a delicious four course meal paired with five wines. Our friendly Tastings team will be on hand to guide you through the wines and dishes, offering interesting insights into the wines, their producers, and their winemaking practices, and chatting through why the food and wine pairings were chosen. Expect an afternoon of good food, good wines, and good company! Wines include: Ridgeview Blanc de Noirs Brut 2016, Sancerre Blanc 'Le Pavé' Magnum from Domaine Vacheron 2016, Château Pape Clément 2016, Napanook Napa Valley 2016, Barolo Monvigliero Riserva 2016, and Château Doisy-Daëne Barsac 2016. Dishes include portobello mushroom crostini, roast scallops with samphire, chargrilled lamb rump, Gorgonzola and aged Parmesan cheeses, and tarte Tatin.
