Stevenage Members Lunch and Warehouse Tour

We cordially invite you to join us for a tour of our warehouses followed by a delicious lunch with your fellow members at our Stevenage cellars. Please note that this event is for the Warehouse Tour and Member’s Lunch, should you wish to join us for just the Member’s Lunch that follows, you will need to purchase a separate ticket. The menu and wines for lunch will be published no later than the week commencing 29th June. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you confirm acceptance of the conditions below. Please make sure you circulate these among your party as incorrect footwear will not be permitted on the tour. The Warehouse Tour will depart from the Cellar Showroom at 11.45am. Late comers will not be able to be accommodated so please arrive promptly. All participants must wear a hi-vis vest that will be provided. Participants must wear sturdy, flat soled shoes. No open toed or open heeled footwear of any sort will be allowed. Participants will be walking quite a distance and standing/walking for a minimum of 45mins. There will be multiple staircases and uneven terrain so participants must have a good level of mobility. The tour will have one member of staff at the front of the group and one at the back. It is essential participants remain with the group and do not move off the safety lines marked out on the warehouse floors, unless instructed to do so. Participants are not allowed to touch, use or interfere with any equipment on site. No smoking or vaping is allowed within the warehouse, and participants must not use any headphones or mobile phones other than for photos at advised times. Please also ensure that no photographs are taken of warehouse staff without their prior consent. After the tour, we will meet your fellow Members for an aperitif in the comfort of the Members’ Room, followed by a delicious four course meal paired with five wines.
