Celebrating 10 years of Canopy Market by shining a spotlight on the talented chefs who make this little space such a street food haven. Expect a little elevated service, a few frills, and a chance to speak with the chefs about their creations. 'Canard King' Romain Jimenez has been wowing the crowds in Kings Cross for years with sky-high, stacked duck burgers, duck egg sandwiches, and final boss truffle chips. Tonight the showpiece will be an intense duck smash burger with caviar beurre blanc, accompanied with natural wines from Cahors, and a secret starter and dessert course, all with wine pairings included.
