The very first Coravin Symposium, taking place at The Savoy, London, on 5 October 2026. Created specifically for the professional Sommelier community, the Coravin Symposium is a full day dedicated to learning, inspiration, ideas and connection – bringing together some of the most interesting voices and talents from across wine and hospitality. The day includes inspiring speakers and panels, an all-day Tasting Studio to discover wines and producers, practical workshops on leadership and wine list development, and networking with sommeliers and hospitality professionals from across the UK. The event concludes with a Happy Hour By-The-Glass. Ticketed access includes the full-day programme, workshops, panels, tasting experiences, networking and lunch.
