The joy of 'Old Vine' wines

The Old Vine Conference is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting wines from the world that have been crafted from grapes from 'Old Vines'. Although there is no legal framework for the term 'old vines' the wine world would consider a vine needs to be at least 30 years old to accurately be decribed as an old vine. These vines produce beautiful, concentrated fruit and due to their lower yields, they are rarer and often suaght after. OVC will be providing us with six outstanding examples of old vine wines from around the world. Some of these wines would command high prices on the retail market due to their prestige.
