About this event
Our Winter Paulée follows Pinot Noir through three distinctive expressions. We will begin in Champagne, and from there, we will travel to Oregon before concluding in Burgundy. Few grape varieties inspire quite the devotion of Pinot Noir. Exquisitely sensitive to site and climate, it has a remarkable ability to translate place into the glass. It can be frustratingly difficult to grow, yet when everything falls into place, few wines can rival its elegance and complexity. Your host for the evening will be Neville, our fine wine specialist. He will share his insights and infectious enthusiasm during what promises to be a relaxed, interactive and undeniably convivial dinner. Expect conversation rather than a lecture around a table where stories and bottles are shared as generously as the food. Wines from our collection*: Champagne JM Labruyère Paradoxe Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature NV, VGR Pinot Noir 00 Wines 2022 Magnum, Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes Château de la Tour 2017. Dress code: smart casual. *Subject to vintage availability
