Join us for a magical day crafting wild food inspired creations for the Yuletide season & a festive feast. As the nights draw in and thoughts turn to the coming winter celebrations…why not join us, for a magical, inspirational day, crafting wild food inspired creations for the Yuletide season? Alongside the learning and creating, there will be a big emphasis on gourmet feasting too. We will gather in the morning, in a quiet backwater of North Lincolnshire, and after some introductions and welcome refreshments, it’s time to grab your pinny and get creative! Through demonstration and hands on experience, we will introduce you to decadent feral flavoured chocolate truffles, a wild inspired alcoholic blend and you will create a secret blend of mulled wine spices. Whilst learning how to utilise wild foods and flavours we will be tantalising your tastebuds and getting you inspired! Numbers are kept low, meaning there’s plenty of help and individual instruction, and ensuring that you go home feeling confident, and buzzing with ideas and inspiration! We will break for a delicious relaxed festive gourmet lunch… the emphasis being on local, fresh and foraged, plant based foods… and of course a great selection of seasonal concoctions for you to taste! After lunch your journey will continue and by the end of the day you will be leaving with a basket of seasonal and delicious treasure to cheer the colder days and inspire you to get busy! We will supply you with step by step recipes to follow as well as a take home pack with all the info you need..so there’s no need for note taking, just enjoy the experience! We have created this day as an alternative celebration of the coming Yuletide season, and we can promise it will not only be informative, but fascinating and fun too!
