About this event
Tonight, we return to the textbook grapes that everyone needs to know and which form the canon for wine tasters and wine lovers everywhere. This is all about delicious, well-made, characterful wines which perfectly express the typicity of their varieties. If you ever felt at sea tasting wine, this is an ideal chance to learn the key notes which form the wine-taster's ABC. Want to distinguish your Chardonnay from your Riesling or your Pinot Noir from your Primitivo? You'll gain all the tools you need whilst tasting some delicious wines.
Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste 6-8 wines on a theme, and bread, cheese and charcuterie is provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
