Join Elly Owen at the stunning Tresanton Hotel for a wine 101 and pairing session, suitable for front of house and kitchen teams. This course is free of charge for Cornwall Hospitality Collective member's only. If you are a Non-Member and would like to attend, the cost is £20pp. Join Elly Owen to learn wine basics for a better service in this workshop hosted at the lovely Hotel Tresanton. Suitable for front of house and kitchen teams. Please bring wine lists and food menus from your business as part of this session. This session will cover: How to open bottles and serve them correctly, How to navigate wine lists, What wine and food pairings are, and how they work, Which wines are in, what style and why.
