Wine ABC Tasting

Whether you are completely new to wine and want to learn the basics, or you are already a seasoned taster looking to revisit the fundamentals, our Wine ABC Tasting is for you! The world of winemaking is vast and wide, encompassing countless decisions a winemaker must make — from selecting the right site for the vineyard and planting the right grape varieties, to choosing the right technology to assist in both vineyard and winery, all in service of crafting the wine of their vision. Over the course of the evening, we’ll sample six different wines, each chosen to reflect a specific stage of production, and discuss how the winemaker’s decisions at that stage shaped the final result. Along the way, we’ll also debunk a few wine myths and offer a brief introduction to food and wine pairing.
