Join Wiston Estate and Cocoa Runners for a guided exploration of two products shaped by the land, their raw ingredients and the skill of their makers. Your visit begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you’ll learn about Wiston Estate’s history and the craftsmanship behind our award-winning sparkling wines. Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of four Wiston wines alongside a selection of eight fine chocolates chosen by the Cocoa Runners team. Using the flavour wheel and flavour wave as a guide, explore the aromas, textures and tasting notes found in both wine and chocolate, uncovering how different characteristics interact and complement one another. The experience lasts approximately 2 hours and includes insight into the dedication and expertise behind both winemaking and chocolate making.
