Join us on Friday 30th October from 7pm onwards for Wine & Spirits at In Vino Veritas on Well Street, our Halloween wine tasting full of spooky wines, ghost stories, strange legends, tarot reading and palmistry. For the tasting, we’ll be pouring four wines from places steeped in ghosts, folklore and strange legends. With each glass, we’ll explore the wine itself, where it comes from and the story behind its place in our Halloween line-up. This is very much a fun, relaxed tasting, no wine knowledge necessary. We’ll give you a little background on each wine and a guide to what you might taste, but there’s no right or wrong answer. The important part is discovering what you enjoy. Your £40 ticket includes 4 x 75ml wine tasters, a relaxed guided tasting through four wines and the stories behind them, and your choice of a tarot reading or palm reading. Tarot readings will be with Laura — @laura_tarot_and_coffee. Palm readings will be with Asha — @guidedhandreadings. Simply choose which reading you would prefer when booking your ticket. You’re welcome to come alone or with friends. The bar opens at 5pm and stays open until 11pm, with additional drinks and snacks available.
