Planeta is a renowned, family-owned winery dynasty that revolutionized Sicilian viticulture. Founded in the 1990s by Diego Planeta and led today by his nephew Alessio, the estate spans five distinct Sicilian territories: Menfi, Vittoria, Noto, Etna, and Capo Milazzo. All 390 hectares of their cultivated land are 100% certified organic. Guests will taste four stunning wines: Planeta Brut Metod Sparkling Wine, a curated white, a curated red, and Passito di Noto dessert wine, accompanied by Sergio. There will also be an opportunity to enjoy a glass of vino and some scrumptious nibbles from the Anchor's menu.
