Celebrate the spirit of Sicily with a new open-air dining experience, Wood-Fire & Vine. Created in partnership with Planeta Wines, we're bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to Hotel du Vin Harrogate, pairing vibrant antipasti, wood-fired dishes and wine in a relaxed al fresco setting. The experience includes: 125ml glass of Sparkling Wine (Brut Metodo Classico), generous choice of antipasti, featuring burrata, cured meats with aged pecorino, house pickled vegetables and chargrilled sourdough & focaccia, a wood-fired trio of 28-day aged rib of beef, Yorkshire herb-fed chicken and whole roast seabass stuffed with lemon and fennel, and seasonal Mediterranean accompaniments, including confit garlic potatoes, flame-charred vegetables and Sicilian caponata.
