Upon completion you will be able to assess wines accurately, and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. Day 1 - Monday 14th September 2026 (10:00- 18:00) Day 2 - Monday 21st September (10:00-17:00) Day 3 - Monday 28th September (10:00- 17:30) Day 4 - Monday 5th October (10:00 -17:30) Day 5 - Monday 12th October (10:00 -17:30) Day 6 - Monday 19th October (10:00 - 14:00). Assessment: Unit 1 is assessed by a closed-book exam of 50 multiple-choice questions and a paper of short written answers. Unit 2 is assessed by a blind tasting of two wines.
