WSET Level 3 Award in Wines Course – Winchester

Our WSET Level 3 Award in Wines course is for those that have already gained WSET Level 2 wine knowledge or equivalent and want to take their learning further. During this in-depth wine course, held over six sessions from Monday 2nd November plus exam (30 November), you will develop the skills to explain why certain grapes are grown in different places and what the winemaker has been up to, which is a much more fulfilling way to learn and retain information than simply studying facts. Dates: All classes 9AM to 5PM at The Mercure Wessex Hotel, Winchester, Hampshire - Monday 2 November - Tuesday 3 November - Monday 9 November - Tuesday 10 November - Monday 16 November - Tuesday 17 November - Examination on Monday 30th November (flexible as required) 1PM – 4.30PM in Winchester - Students should also allow around 70 hours of private study time. Fees include: wine samples (around 70 wines are tasted on this course), comprehensive study materials and WSET examination fees. You will need your own set of tasting glasses.
