Swansea knows how to do Beaujolais, and this year The Jack is joining the party.
Get dressed up, get the group together and settle in for an afternoon of welcome drinks, three courses and plenty more at the bar.
Good food, good wine and nowhere else you need to be.
THE MENU
STARTERS — choose one
Tamarind & Yoghurt Papri Chaat (V) Crisp papri layered with spiced chickpeas, cooling yoghurt and sweet tamarind chutney, finished with fresh herbs.
Sticky Chilli & Roasted Garlic Wings Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a sticky chilli glaze with roasted garlic for a rich, sweet and savoury finish.
Chilli & Paprika Fish Tikka (GF) Tender pieces of fish marinated with chilli, paprika and aromatic spices, cooked until lightly charred.
Sweet Heat Slider Duo Chilli Jam Beef and Nashville Chicken sliders, bringing together rich sweetness, spice and heat.
Amritsari Spiced Cauliflower (VE) (GF) Crispy cauliflower seasoned with bold Punjabi spices, tangy anchar and warming ajwain, finished with fresh lemon.
MAINS — choose one
Slow Cooked Chicken Biryani (GF) Tender spiced chicken layered with fragrant basmati rice and aromatic spices.
Layered Vegetable Biryani (V) (GF) Fragrant basmati rice layered with seasoned vegetables and warming spices.
Charred Pepper Chicken Jalfrezi (GF) Tender chicken cooked with peppers, onions, tomato and green chilli in a bold, vibrant sauce. Choice of rice or naan.
Charred Pepper Paneer Jalfrezi (V) (VE) (GF) Paneer or tofu cooked with peppers, onions, tomato and green chilli in a bold, vibrant sauce. Choice of rice or naan.
DESSERT
Strawberry & Cream Cheesecake (V) (VE) (GF) A smooth, creamy cheesecake finished with sweet strawberry for a rich, indulgent finish.
